Cohesion Framework

Cohesion Framework. Each member of a combat unit sees the battlefield events and influences the others in the unit. The unit and its stability affect the individual soldier and either make his stress increase or decrease. The implicit stressors and cohesion factors are factors that influence the soldier before the incident begins and thus are multipliers to the effect the soldier experiences during the combat incident.
